French doors feature two leaves that open outward (or inward) from the centre with a floating mullion, creating a completely unobstructed opening. Sliding patio doors run on a track and only open to the width of one panel at a time.
Yes. We manufacture French doors to suit any shape or size of opening. Whether your opening is non-standard or unusually shaped, we can produce a precise, made-to-measure solution.
Yes. Our double-glazed units achieve strong thermal performance, and triple glazing is available if you want even lower U-values and improved acoustic insulation.
Very secure. Our French doors are fitted with multi-point locking mechanisms and shoot bolts that engage at multiple points along the frame, making forced entry significantly more difficult.
Very little. uPVC frames are resistant to rot, moisture and discolouration. Routine cleaning with a damp cloth is all that is typically needed to keep them looking their best.
