Six Step Installation

Allglass works with Warmer Roof for all thermal conservatory and orangery roofing. Warmer Roof utilises a six-step process for these installations.
  • Step 1
    If you already have a conservatory on your property, we’ll first need to remove the current roof. 
  • Step 2
    Next, eave beams are installed so that we can establish the frame. 
  • Step 3
    Then, pods of pre-cut and fitted insulation are placed, glued and bolted into position.
  • Step 4
    The waterproof and air-permeable felt membrane is installed over this insulation, leaving the roof waterproof in just hours. 
  • Step 5
    Eave protection is installed, the roof is tiled, and fascia, soffit and gutters are installed. 
  • Step 6
    30mm EPS and 12.5mm plasterboard complete the job. 
This thermal roofing will help to reduce your energy costs throughout the seasons, as heat will stay inside during winter and cool air will stay cool in the summertime.
